1. Agreement
By creating an account, purchasing or renewing a membership, accessing the member portal, using community features, or redeeming a reward, you agree to these Terms and all linked Strafe Crate policies.
2. Your jurisdiction
You represent that you are at least eighteen (18) years old, have legal capacity to enter this agreement, and may lawfully use the service under the laws and rules that apply where you live, access the service, and receive digital items.
If the service or a feature is prohibited or restricted in your location, you must not use that feature or purchase a membership. Strafe Crate does not represent that every feature is lawful or available in every jurisdiction.
3. Recurring billing
Memberships renew automatically until cancelled. By subscribing, you authorize the disclosed recurring charges and acknowledge the cancellation, refund, fulfillment, and value policies shown before purchase.
4. XP, credits, and trophies
Lifetime XP, levels, multipliers, trophies, titles, and profile cosmetics are account features with no cash value. Supply Credits are limited reward-program units governed by the XP and Rewards Policy and are not cash, legal tender, stored value, or transferable property.
5. Account and Steam requirements
You must provide accurate information, maintain a valid email address, and use a Steam account capable of receiving trade offers. You are responsible for account security and for reviewing every trade before acceptance.
Strafe Crate will never request your Steam password, Steam Guard code, session cookie, or private API key.
6. Prohibited conduct
You may not use stolen payment methods or items, submit false trade information, manipulate reference prices, abuse chargebacks, exploit rewards, farm XP through automation or collusion, access another member's account, interfere with the service, or use the service for unlawful activity.
7. Suspension and termination
Strafe Crate may suspend fulfillment, restrict features, correct progression, or terminate an account when reasonably necessary to investigate fraud, payment disputes, account compromise, community violations, legal requirements, or security risks.
8. Independent service
Strafe Crate is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Valve Corporation. Use of Steam remains governed by Valve's agreements and restrictions.
9. Changes
Policies and features may be updated as the service develops. Material changes will be posted with a revised effective date and, when required, additional notice or consent.
